You have to pay an extra $100 for the Victory mounting kit. My only minor complaint is getting on and off the bike with the backrest on. You can't just swing a leg over. However, and not related to the modification, the backrest is rather flimsy and bends easily, NOT at the flat stem point, but at the point where the stem bends to attach to the pad. I will be bringing out the welder and adding 2 supports.
